This notice explains the data involved when you use the CryptoLabel website, API, and developer tools.

No account required

Public address lookups and documentation do not require registration.

Analytics

Site usage is measured to understand reliability and improve the product.

Limited purpose

Technical data is used to operate, protect, and maintain the service.

    Data you provide

    When you run a lookup, CryptoLabel processes the selected network and public blockchain address. These values are used to return the requested address information.

    If you create an account, CryptoLabel stores your email, password hash, API key metadata, support tickets, and successful sign-in history. Sign-in history includes time, IP address, device information, and an approximate country derived locally from the IP address.

    Your account email is used for account security, support notifications, and one getting-started reminder if your verified account has no recorded API-key lookup after 72 hours. Email delivery history is retained indefinitely for support and delivery diagnostics; stored message content is encrypted.

    When you report incorrect data or suggest an edit, CryptoLabel stores your reason, optional evidence URL, proposed entity and labels, the current data snapshot, and technical request information including your IP address. This information is used to review the request and maintain an audit trail.

    Do not submit secrets, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary personal information through lookup inputs or API requests.

    Technical service data

    CryptoLabel processes general technical request data needed to deliver responses, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

    This operational processing is separate from the public blockchain attribution returned by the lookup.

    Analytics and browser storage

    The public website and user dashboard use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Yandex Metrica to understand usage and interface performance. Dashboard session replay masks account emails, API key values, and support message content. Dashboard analytics events do not include account emails, API key values, or support message content. Those services process data under their own privacy terms.

    Local browser storage may remember interface choices, such as whether a notification was dismissed. Clearing site data removes those stored preferences.

    External services

    Explorer links, Telegram, analytics services, and other external destinations are operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

    This notice may be updated as CryptoLabel changes. The current version is always published on this page.
